Description
Spontaneous fermentation in coolship. Savage. Temperature 6-8ºC. Alcohol 6.8%.
Acid beer made with organic malts and hops of own production , and microorganisms of the environment of our beer farm. Aged in oak barrels for 24 months. Finished with quince fruit.
